Fielding was great! Macey was absolutely wonderful, answered any and all questions we had, was easy to get in touch with and kept in constant communication with the details of the case and was always very courteous and kind. She provided answers for questions that we didn’t even know we had!!! She provided us with so much information that is often overlooked or left out and put in 1000% making sure that we felt comfortable with everything that was going on and that we had more than enough information that we were going to need to be able to make informed decisions. It never felt like I was bothering her at all with anything that I ever needed. They looked out for my best interest and not how much money they could make and they genuinely cared about us. We weren’t just people to make money off of or a bunch of facts on paper, they were interested in us as people and doing what was best for our situation. They went above and beyond to get the best results possible for us. Any attorney and their offices that I’ve dealt with in the past are difficult to get in touch with, provided minimal communication and many times I felt like I was bothering them if I had questions. Fielding is the complete opposite and it was such a nice experience to have!! Totally restored my faith in attorneys and their office staff, although I have a feeling that they are a wonderfully unique group of people.

They will take ALOT longer on your case! They received first settlement offer on 10/20/2023 I called them 11/10/2023 3 weeks later! I wouldn't have known about the offer until I called 3 WEEKS later!! I am going to let The Bar Association know how they handle their client's cases!! Unacceptable for a law firm that was representing me!
