Ted Lyon was born and raised in Terrell, Texas. His undergraduate degree is in political science that he obtained from East Texas State University (now known as Texas A&M Commerce). Prior to law school, Ted married his high school sweetheart, Donna. While working as a police officer, he put himself through undergraduate school and then went to Southern Methodist University School of Law. Over the past 41 years, Ted has represented clients in over 150 jury trials. Ted has over 41 years’ experience representing clients in complex litigation, involving personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and business disputes. He has received verdicts that were ranked in the top ten in the nation on three occasions. He has been interviewed and featured by national and local media outlets, including Good Morning America, 60 Minutes II, NBC Dateline, Texas Lawyer, Dallas Observer, The National Law Journal, D Magazine, and Texas Monthly. Ted specializes in complex litigation. Ted has repeatedly (2003 through 2018) been named to the Super Lawyer List by Texas Monthly, and was named one of the top 100 Lawyers in America by American Trial Lawyers Association consecutively since 2007.

My name is Danielle Cortez-Harper, I was born in Dallas, Texas and I grew up in Rowlett, Texas. Growing up I played a multitude of sports including soccer, softball, basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, cheer, tap, ballet and jazz. I graduated from Garland High School in 1993 and received an academic scholarship to The University of Texas at Austin. While at UT, I was a member of Mu Epsilon Theta sorority, Hispanic Business Students Associated, and played intramural soccer. I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Degree in Finance in 1997. I then attended the Dedmon School of Law at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and graduated in 2000. I got married to my husband the same year. We have been married for going on 24 years. We have two sons, ages 21 and 15. I have enjoyed watching my kids participate in all of their extracurricular activities such as football, baseball and basketball. We have two cats and a dog. I enjoy reading in my spare time and traveling. I have been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas for 23 years. When first graduating from law school, I wasn’t sure what type of law I wanted to pursue. I was lucky enough to get my first job with a solo practitioner named David Lopez. I gained valuable experience in the field of family law while working with him. He eventually became a Dallas County Family District Court Judge and continued to be a mentor. I enjoy working in the Family Law community. I have met so many amazing attorneys and colleagues throughout the years. I love engaging with my clients and helping people find reasonable solutions to their legal matter, no matter how big or small.

After graduating law school with honors Duane Stamp began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York, successfully prosecuting felony and high-profile criminal cases. This was followed by a tenure as Assistant Attorney General with the New York State Department of Law, focusing on environmental protection and compliance. Duane was approached by Fortune 100 Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE- OXY) and accepted a position as associate general counsel. He spent the next nineteen years in Oxy’s legal department accumulating a wealth of experience in the legal aspects of business issues management, corporate governance, sales, purchasing, new business development, corporate transactions and financing, financial reporting and regulatory compliance, rising to the level of division Vice-President and General Counsel. During his years with Oxy Duane traveled extensively, domestically and internationally, as a leading member of Oxy’s business teams negotiating, documenting and closing high-value merger, acquisition and new business development transactions with companies across the United States and in Canada, Germany, the UK, Brazil, Argentina, Thailand and Japan. Duane is currently the managing member of Stamp Law Group PLLC. Since 2010 his boutique firm has provided general counsel and business consulting services with a focus on small businesses and entrepreneurs involved in a wide variety of enterprises. Duane’s extensive business and legal experience makes him a value-added and cost-effective member of his clients’ teams assisting their business development in the e-commerce era to achieve effective and responsible growth and profitability. Duane received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a law degree with honors from Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts where he was a contributor to the Law Review. Duane is admitted to practice in New York and Texas and before various federal courts. An avid (but still frustratingly mediocre) golfer, part-time piano player, and language enthusiast, Duane and his wife, Linda, reside in Dallas, Texas.
