The experience of working as a subcontractor at this company is highly unfavorable. The superintendents at Finfrock exhibit rudeness and a lack of respect towards their employees. They communicate in a condescending manner, often raising their voices as if addressing a child. If their directives are not followed, they resort to threats of removing individuals from the job site. Additionally, there appears to be a culture of favoritism, where certain individuals are exempt from the established rules.

I would suggest for your driver to clean the truck beds before getting on a major highway. On I4 today a rock or tool went flying from the bed and hit my car head on. Very dangerous and unsafe.

Best customer service and support. Really understanding and good working opportunity. Would highly recommend for any service needed in the construction industry

Pay is o.k. It's very hard to work under the Sunshine State's Sun. Its a job for people that are used to the heat, rain, cold etc.They offers benefits for employees.
