Reviews

I initially worked with Cynthia, then was transferred to Richard after she was busy with other obligations. Overall I feel the firm was competent and attentive to my needs. Cynthia, I thought was excellent. Concerned for my cause and my budget. Being transferred to another attorney was not optimal for my cause. Richard was informed and knowledgeable, but I did feel he was distracted and not always fully engaged with my case. I feel a few details were missed when transferred to another attorney who didn't seem to have the time for the added case. Prior to using them for proceedings in the future, I would inquiry thoroughly about their case load, but I would still recommend them as legal counsel.

Attorney Foster helped me get disability after I unsuccessfully tried for years to get it on my own. I appreciate his diverse staff during the time my case was there and they always treated me with respect. Mr. Foster was always straightforward with me and never promised me anything other than the fact he would do his best. I am very grateful to him and his staff. He did a yeoman's job on my case!

I was represented by Mr. Foster, he was quick to take a payment and left me hanging after that wasn’t sure if I was filling out paperwork right and he didn’t seem to care. I was denied after my license hearing simply because of clerical work and would not recommend this practice to anyone for any reason. You get what you pay for I had to learn that the hard way if you want your license hearing to be taken seriously go to someone with experience and won’t try to charge you $250 for only forwarding a email that both of you received.

This review focus on Richard Foster. I recent hired him to conduct a very simple custody case filed 8 years after my divorce where I already had shared custody of my 16 year old son. There was no complicating issues with either parent. We both were employed with good jobs, neither had any issues with the criminal system or dependency problems with dugs or alcohol . To me this was a very simple case where my X-wife was fling for full custody because she was jealous I was getting remarried. Richard insisted on reviewing every bit of paper my X-wife summited even though I informed Richard not to review them verbally and in writing because this was duplicate/triplicate information and clearly an attempt by X-wife to cause additional legal charges. When meeting with Richard, he was more concerned about running his rental properties than listening to his clients. Each time I went to his office ( twice), We interrupted by his tenants calling him or his contractors asking questions. Our meetings were only 1 hr long. He charged me over $14,000 in attorney fess for this case which included a 1 day trial . Additionally, I had to challenge each invoice due to the outrageous charges by Richard and his staff. Richard agreed to reduce some of invoices only after heated discussions. I would rate his performance a zero if I could. I was very disappointed in this firms performance, and would not recommend him to anyone.

I'm going to see him tomorrow for the first time. I will give you all my impression. I guarantee you, I never met, them, and I really need help with my back injury. For now I give it 3 stars. The receptionist was attentive and set an appointment for the next day. Side note, I dealt with child support lawyers in the past, even the nicest one left a bad taste in my mouth and my wife works in the personal injury industry. Due to conflict in interest I'm seeking out other representation. 5 stars all day.
