What an incredible person. This is the Lawyer you would want to represent you as a tenant or landlord. Had a great outcome and honestly he is a blessing of a person. Mr. Cherry met with me two days before I had trial in real estate court Nassau County. Frank Chery did the work, got her out. That’s what I paid him for. He does the job. She stuck me for half the rents but he got her to leave. I would recommend Mr. Chery!
