Todd Franks is a joke. He will lead you down a path towards litigation. Everyone gets dragged though the mud including his clients. He is in the business of creating a lifetime of hostility. I hired him for representation, he fumbled, did not cite correct case law and he even dropped a binder full of papers while making closing remarks. I lost a lot of money and most importantly my dignity.
While speaking to Sarah, I didn't get the feeling of confidence in resolving my matter and in less than one year the retainer doubled. At least Sarah got paid $275.00 for no apparent reason! I could have paid a homeless person for the same result.
I recommend Sarah Cool, and Franks Cool Houser & McVey, PC 1000%. I'm shocked at prior negative reviews as my experience couldn't be further from what was said. Sarah Cool is absolutely fantastic and an answer to prayers.
