Unethical, illegal, and immoral. How they haven't been disbarred is beyond me. Scum of the universe.
Avoid this firm like the plague. Mr. Fullet would screw over his own kin for a dime. No morality, no professionalism, no intelligence and cowardly. I know There are hundreds of honest condo owners out there who he has fed off of like a Metagonimus parasite. 5 minutes with him will cost you well over $1200. Doesn't matter what for. Do not encourage him. Do not hire him. Level 5 biohazard. The man should be sitting in a 5 x 5 prison cell.
This collection agency lost our HOA thousands of dollars because it didn’t bother to verify that our Board took the proper steps before attempting to evict a homeowner from his unit in court via forceable entry and detainer. The homeowner won because Fullett Rosenlund Anderson was then and probably still is incompetent as a law firm. They’re a joke. Stay away.
Look no further if you want the worst representation for your HOA. The less than 2 star reviews for this law firm is too generous to describe the service Mr. Fullett provides.
