Galindo Law Office

I gave 1 star only because 0 wasn’t an option. The communication with these folks is slim to none. I knew it wasn’t going to be an overnight gig to get money from my insurance company for repairs on my home but once a settlement t was reached it still took two months for me to receive payment from Galindo Law Firm. They take days and weeks to return calls and respond to emails. I never spoke with the attorney on my case. Whenever I called and did get someone to pick up it was always the receptionist putting me on hold and relaying messages and when I asked to be transferred she’d tell me to hold and disconnect the call. I would not recommend anyone to work with these people.

I gave 1 star only because 0 is not an option. Make sure you read ALL the reviews and not just the top 5 before making a decision to use this firm. Save yourself the lost time and a bad headache and just use a different firm, these people don't care about you. I have read ALL the reviews and it seems I am not the only one who has trouble communicating with the employees here. Through the sea of reviews it seems that's a common thread with this firm. The person handling my case was ALWAYS at lunch or on vacation, never available. At first I would leave message after message and I eventually threatened to cancel my contract and get another attorney for my case. It took 2 years to finally get my first check. I received email confirmation a MONTH ago from Lisa Carrasco that my second check has been received and she was sending something for me to sign. I have emailed 4 times since and now no one will respond. All I want is my last check. I wish I had read all the reviews before hiring them, I'd have chosen a different firm.

My 5 STARS are for Miss Arnelia. The first person who had my case didn’t lift a finger, once my case was given to Miss Arnelia she was diligent, hard working and fought for ME. She worked so hard to get me the money she knew I deserved. And in the end I came out with more compensation then I thought I would’ve had. She was a BLESSING. She really cared for me, she had the CLIENTS best interest. Miss Arnelia was a blessing, I wouldn’t have wanted anybody else to work my case! She was SUCH A BLESSING!! Thank you for fighting for me Miss Arnelia!!

I am beginning wonder who they work for. Me or the Roundup guys. They contacted me relentlessly to get on the class action suite because I have a specific type of cancer and worked quite a bit with roundup. When I said "Ok, send me the forms" they bugged me by email or called me daily to get them filled out and mailed back or I would miss the deadline. It took about two weeks to get the forms yet they acted like I was dragging my feet. During this time communication was easy. I told them each time I had not received them yet. After about 2 weeks I finally received the forms and sent them back the very same day. Then silence. I called them and they said they had received the forms and someone would contact me shortly. It has never happened in nearly 1/2 year! Not even to tell me, "Hey, this will take a year or two." Or maybe, "After reviewing your case we don't want it, go elsewhere". Other than the reoccurring solicitation calls about once a mouth where they are trying to 'sign me up' they will not answer calls or emails and the few times I have reached them or talked to their solicitors they assure me they will have someone contact me ASAP. When a solicitor calls they always 'shocked' that I am currently signed up and have not received anything by phone, email or mail. They always assure me they have contacted or will contact a supervisor, (or whatever term they use for a supposedly responsible adult), and I will receive a call 'shortly'. I think we are at about 5 or 6 months now with no contact other than when they told me my filled out forms had been received or these random solicitation calls. Hell, these guys can't even remove me from the solicitation list. What the hell are they doing? When you sign the forms you must agree that Galindo basically 'owns' the case and now your at their mercy to act in your regard. Seeing as how they refuse to contact me, even by a monthly "Hold tight! We are working on it cut and paste email", it gives the appearance that they simply bury cases. I could certainly be wrong but that how it APPEARS and they have done NOTHING to alter this perception even after I told the solicitor that's exactly how I feel. They tell me they are busy. Guess what? So am I but no customer has ever waited more that a couple days for a response unless I am on vacation. And if I am, someone else lets them know when I will return. If anything changes my opinion you will see updates from ME. If you don't, if all you see is their reply to this review, then consider it as rhetoric without substance. Fake NEWS you might say. The Galindo Law Firm was excellent in handling all aspects of our case. In particular, Ms. Arnelia Hampton, who I spoke with for much needed clarity was especially helpful. I recommend the Galindo Law firm for anyone needing legal services.
