Not a reliable or trustworthy attorney. Have had difficult time with contacting office to speak to someone directly, always told someone will call you back and never do. You have to keep trying to get someone to call you back. We have worked with 4 different paralegals since March, 2017 in which that of course is never communicated to you until you finally get someone to speak and they just briefly mention their no longer there. Makes you wonder how long your file has been sitting on someones desk that is no longer there. I truly believe this is one of the reasons why we are still waiting for a result from our case.
