Went for storage bins. They Have a sign in front of them with the price. They were not ringing up properly so instead of the manager honoring the price she just said sorry and walked away. She was rude and unhelpful. You literally have a display with the price in front of it and you’re not going to honor the price. Are you kidding me? The poor younger gentleman (Cory?)at the front was very kind and tried to be helpful. Your manager is unprofessional and showed 0 hospitality. We end up not buying anything in our cart and went to Home Depot. Just because of her. If my $2000 order wasn’t getting delivered I would cancel that order as well just based upon the customer service she provided. It has nothing to do with the money and everything with her attitude towards us. Went Thursday morning January 16 around 10am

Justin, in the appliance section provided excellent customer service for me today. He came to the counter and greeted me, and asked if I needed help, and I did. He helped me select the correct item I needed. The lady who was at the counter greeted me as well, so thank you. 4 stars because there is always room for a store to improve

The store is clean and the people are nice. But for the 2nd time, I got home with a purchase to find stuff missing. This time, the box of 3 light bulbs only had 2. It's just not worth the effort to return it. I'm done with this store. And from reading some of the other recent reviews, you should be done with this store too. Corporate Loews... you need to clean house at this store.

I went with something specific I needed to pick up that wasn't really that complicated. Couldn't find it anywhere. I tried looking on the website to see what isle i should check but there are no isles listed on products online. I had to walk several rows before I found a person to help me and they sent me in the wrong direction. Then I had to walk to the other side of the store to find another person who actually looked up the item and took me to the correct isle. The item in question was crammed into a small slave next to some hardware. I was getting non slip stairs tape... the two things do not relate. The layout of this store is ridiculous.

I've always had good experiences with Lowe's until my recent purchase of a range. My sales associate ordered the wrong range (I voiced to him that I need a gas only range because we do not have the correct outlet for a duel). Yes, my fault for not looking at the receipt. He ordered the correct install kit for the gas range but that kit does not work with the duel range. Immediately after the delivery guys left, they also hauled off my old range, I called into the store to speak with Marty. He was at lunch, so I left a message with my name and number for him to return my call. I never heard from him and two other times I called to speak with him, he was with a customer or at his break. The next day I called the store and was on hold for the appliance department for literally 27 minutes before I hung up. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. I was told by the customer service guy that he had to transfer me to the delivery department to get my problem solved. When I asked why I couldn't speak to a manager to make a complaint, his words were "that's what they told me to do". Absolutely terrible. I've now been without a range for four days now and no one has been able to fix this issue. I'm not one to just jump on and write horrible reviews, but I feel like I'm out of options. I went to the store this morning to speak with a manager in person. They were paged over head, I waited for almost 8 minutes before I had to leave because I was already late for work.
