Moved into a new house 2/1/2023 and today is 5/8/2023 and the PUD still hasn’t came to hook up our gateway box to get internet it’s supposed to be 4-6 weeks to install a gateway box and we are going on 16 weeks our 4 months and the PUD still hasn’t come out to set up our gateway. Our neighbor moved in about 2 months after we did and the PUD already came out and hooked up there gateway box but not ours and we have been waiting over 16 weeks. I will be giving a 1 star ?? review every day until my gateway box is installed.

We've had grant pud for a little over a year now, our bill was $50 at the lowest and $110 at the highest. Just last month(July 2022) I had to move to the lower floor of my house because of the heat. So all of August we have had our upstairs AC unit and lights off, yet our bill came out to $172 this month. How can I be paying more money this month while using less power?

They shut off electricity without letting the landlord know or giving us any notice at all. No tag on anyone's door then thry had the gull to lie and say that they had given notice on top of that they told us it be three hours waited for four hours before realizing they left without turning the switch to put the power back on. They are so unprofessional

Any time I have to call I am on hold for at least 15 minutes and anytime I have had to call it means there is something wrong with my account. As I type this I have been on hold for 9 minutes and 46 seconds waiting to see why my payments are not showing up on my account but I have receipts showing I paid. But we can't even get this issue resolved because all the representatives are too busy getting dirt out from under their nails. I am concerned that the people in charge of supplying me with power can't even answer a phone. Tsk. Tsk.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Trying to build a new house and have been waiting for over 2 months for an estimate on how much it is going to cost for them to set up a new power service. I am opting for a cheaper option (overhead lines) as opposed to underground because they are charging me $12,000 to get power to my new house and am told it will supposedly be a little cheaper to go with overhead lines. Tried to save money by telling them I will dig the trench myself. They said I can't but won't give me a reason why. I've been asking for a price on overhead line option for 2 months and the engineer refuses to give me a price because he wants me to pay more money and go with the option he wants. There is no other choice for electricity so I have no options besides just sit here and get the run around over and over again and in order to get the job done it seems like I just have to give in to whatever they say because everyone else I talk to says Larry the engineer I'm working with has been here for 35 years and although they all say he's stubborn and won't work with people, they won't do anything about it and I just have to do whatever he says. That doesn't seem right to me. He was nice and helpful until the second I started to have a different idea and wanted to go about the job a little different than what he wanted. I'm sure posting this won't help me because he will see it and refuse even more to work on my project.
