A very positive experience all the way around! The coverage we ended up using was for baggage delay. We never anticipated such a delay, but when our bags kept NOT arriving per the airline's promises... we called CSA to understand the coverage. The benefits were very clear and easy to understand. The claims process was also very straightforward. I'm happy to say that CSA reimbursed us for the expenses we incurred, just as the contract states. No loopholes, no jumping through hoops - they kept their word! Thank you CSA, I'm not sure I'll ever travel again without one of your policies!

I have provided All that Joseph Holloway has asked me for. There is absolutely no proof they can show that I am not providing documentation . I have emails that I have provided with documents requested from them. I have fax proof. I can say I have done it all they ask for. And yet they do not want to return my money. This company is very good at stealing your money. They absolutely do take advantage of poor people like my family. We took a years to save the money to travel and here is this company if any emergency happens they got you cover . Not true. I have done it all and it's been 8 months and they are still putting any excuse that they need more documentation .

I had a wonderful experience with the assisting agent. They were very quick to assist, patiently answered all my questions to help me decide which coverage to purchase. I feel the rate of coverage (for what I selected) was very affordable. They even followed up after I purchased my trip coverage to make sure I was happy with my experience. Definitely recommending to friends & family.

We own a vacation home and require that all tenants purchase a CSA Damage Protection Plan. We filed a claim with them for damaged furniture against a tenant. They in turn contacted the tenant who, naturally, said "well we didn't do it. It wasn't us". CSA then told us that the claim would be thrown out because the tenant said that they didn't do it. If it is just a "he said, she said" type of thing, then it is a TOTAL WASTE for the homeowner. Complete dissatisfied.

Every time I try to send a reply to their emails it comes back undeliverable. Rodrigo,the agent I'm dealing with and that I sent proof that my flight was cancelled due to weather issues still ask for more documents that does not exist. I sent him a letter from United Airlines stating that the flight was cancelled due to a snow storm. I mailed this guy 10 items demonstrating that I paid for.the condo and.couldn't go there because of a flight cancellation.He's asking for vouchers. I explained on the phone that I paid electronically with a credit card. Sent him the email that said paid. I provided documents as.proof. I contacted their office and left a message for his supervisor, Brandon. He hasn't returned my call. I'm out 1200 bucks. I even had the condo owner call. They wouldn't discuss the issue with the owner for privacy reasons. Next step Better Business Bureau. After that a law suit for.the stress and damages. This is a scam. I am warning you do not use this service. Look at all these negative.reviews they are there for good reason. SCAMMERS THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF PAYING
