I first met George Greenberg in 2018 when my husband and I wanted to get a Living Trust and Will. Mr. Greenberg was very helpful in advising us as it was our 1st Will and Trust. We were very satisfied. Fast Forward to 2024. We are having a problem at our home. He was full of helpful suggestions and directed me who I needed to talk to and how to proceed. It was very comforting as I was a nervous wreck with the problem. He is very easy to talk to and clearly conveys the information. Very professional and knowledgeable and friendly.
I highly recommend Attorney George D. Greenberg, Esq. Mr. Greenberg prepared my father’s will and Trust and provided considerable advice and clarification to me upon my father’s demise. In addition, I engaged Mr. Greenberg as legal advisor to assist in removing a tenant from my father’s house, which was in the Trust, and also to help with the proper distribution of assets to the heirs, some thirty years after the origin of the Trust. This was all done by telephone, as I am not located in Nevada. I really appreciated his following through with the process. Mr. Greenberg was efficient, professional, and polite, and always responded promptly. He wrote a binding contract clearly stating the conditions for the tenant to vacate the property, and negotiated the final withdrawal. He provided clear and accurate records of his billing times and rates, and used an assistant when appropriate to reduce total costs. He also recommended a very good Realtor in Las Vegas to handle the sale of the house.
Attorney George D. Greenberg handled the probate of my mom’s estate after she passed recently. Mr. Greenberg provided excellent service and legal counsel during the entire process. He and his staff were responsive and professional. He was very transparent regarding his fees and court cost and I never felt that he only cared about his fee. I always felt that he wanted to help me thru what was a very bad time in my life. I am grateful to him and happy that he represented my mom’s estate.
On November 12, 2018 I retained the services of George D. Greenberg, Esq., to create my will. During my consultation with Mr. Greenberg, I asked if it was possible to have my ashes dispersed in a river. Mr. Greenberg scoffed and laughed at my request. He made a comment stating that his ashes and my ashes can play together. A simple no or explanation would have sufficed. I was quoted $540.00 for his services and despite my experience accepted the payment arrangement. Upon completion of my will, I was called into Mr. Greenberg’s Office to review my will. After reviewing the will, I was instructed to sign in print and not in cursive. When I signed the first page, he threw the paper aside seemingly in an angry state and said that you do not sign this way, your crossing your name. I explained to him that this is my legal signature that I have been using for years. Immediately, I inquired why as anyone could print my name, but my specific signature was unique to me. Mr. Greenberg was dismissive of my question and told me to sign in print. I signed in print but later on decided to seek counsel elsewhere. During the time I was waiting for my copies of the documents, Mr. Greenberg made some remarks about how intelligent and smart I am and then made remarks of how feminine I am. He continued to ask if I am currently seeing anybody. I responded and then received my document copies and left the office. I was not refunded my payment; instead I was called days later to return to Mr. Greenberg office to this time sign the will in cursive, but an additional charge of $140 will be needed. I declined. Weeks later, I retained a new attorney for the creation of my will. Seeking counsel for a creation of a will is a very serious and sensitive matter. I expected better professionalism and overall courtesy from George D. Greenberg, Esq. I do NOT recommend Mr. Greenberg.
Mr. Greenberg has been my attorney since 2003, when my husband and I had him draw up a Will and Living Trust for us. Since then my husband has passed away. Mr. Greenberg drew up a new Will for me and helped me navigate through various financial situations. He has always been professional and respectful.
