Gerald was amazing to work with. He was so knowledgeable and did absolutely everything he could, working tirelessly until my case was settled. I am going to say first and foremost…… “Highly Recommended” Hands down, Ron Weiss the Attorney we acquired is one of the Best Lawyers I have ever dealt with. The Vehicle I had problems with was Brand new, right out of the Assembly Plant to the Dealership, only 245 miles into it when we had a fuel leak, and after 7 times of taking it back in to 2 different Dealerships we decided it’s time to get ourselves a Lawyer. We contacted 3 Lemon Law Lawyers, and out of the 3 of them, Ron was the only one that we could get ahold of, the other 2 were assistant Lawyers or Voice Mails, we insisted to talk to the Lawyer that we originally talked to and we never were able to get ahold of those Lawyers, we decided, that must be a sign to go with Ron. “I am glad we did.” The first time one of the big automakers Lawyer/Representative offered us through Ron a figure of $5,000 for our inconvenience, I told Ron that’s embarrassing that amount for my inconvenience for most of the summer. “Ron had to present what the automaker’s felt the damages were worth,” after a little discussion between Ron and I, we agreed we should go for the buyback of this vehicle. This is the point where We knew that we have ourselves a great Lawyer, every time Ron would get any kind of information from the Lawyer/Representative, that information was relayed to me Via E-Mail or Phone Call, and I would relay back, with pretty close to instant confirmation that he had the info I gave him. (Long Story Short) Ron Weiss got us exactly what we wanted “A Buyback/Payout” I’m not saying that this will happen for everyone, but Ron will fight for everything you deserve. I want to Thank Ron Weiss again for the hard work (it showed) that he put into getting what I deserved, and for the constant updates to make sure I knew what was going on, also for making sure that I had all my ducks in a row when I was finally doing the paperwork at the Dealership for the Buyback….
