Not sure if my opinion will be posted, since apparently sometimes negative comments are moderated , but i stand by our considerations, that you should analyze better the cases from traveling eployees pretending to be injured without notifying workers comp, or report any vehicle incident or minimal property damage to the corresponding party, besides if the individual refuses to call the police emphatically and is coming from another state with a fresh similar lane change incident. and to top it, with an initial legal advice that wouldn´t be the most appropiate according to the regulations of the state. and neither wanting to take advantage of vulnerabilities of the administrative management with which insurance companies work does not seem fair either! if you need details and specifications, would be a pleasure!
