Trying to my attorney or her assistant to call me back is impossible. Multiple emails and voicemails were left and I didn’t get one response back. When I did finally did the assistant was rude and unapologetic. I feel like I am not important to this firm and my cases doesn’t matter. My freedom matters to me.

I have called a couple times and it is hard to get someone to actually answer the phone. When someone does, they’re extremely rude. I have left a few messages to schedule an appointment with my attorney and haven’t received a call back.
