Gianni was very responsive to communication sent to him regarding referral work. A person contacted my law firm regarding a time sensitive and potentially catastrophic financial scenario, but I could not handle the case. I contacted Gianni, and Gianni communicated with both me and the client to quickly take on the client's case in a situation where the client had been turned away for various reasons by multiple other attorneys.

Gianni charged me 5,000 to file a lawsuit on my behalf. He never followed through and filed it and he kept my money. He's a total scammer and very unprofessional. Don't hire this attorney.

I came to this attorney by recommendations. I sent him all my info. I do not mind that he didn’t want to take my civil case, as is his choice, but you’d think for a professional he’d word things a little more sensitively or less ignorantly in his emails. Wouldn’t even recommend a consultation with a person who cannot choose better verbiage.
