I used this firm for a recent lawsuit and they far exceeded my expectations. The communication was great the entire time, given I had a larger case and there were some delays but any time there was an update or I had a question it was addressed withing 24 hours. My attorney, Amy Zeman, was a pleasure to work with and she was very considerate of my schedule, we had to do a few "after hours" Zoom meetings and calls but time was never an issue. I also had an additional medial appointment for my case and Amy contacted me before the visit, a representative from the office met me there to ensure I wasn't asked to discuss anything I was not suppose to, and I also got confirmation from her after my appointment. My results were FAR ABOVE what I expected and I cannot recommend this group, and Amy, enough.

There is a definite difference with this law firm. I would have to say it is service over and above the call. Most firms can do the work and do it well, this firm will do exceptional work, and more importantly; inform and update the client to the steps, procedures and expectations. How? by employing great people like Rosanne Mah. She not only took the time to explain the process, and break down and explain the "Legal-ese" to a layman. She patiently listened to my questions and concerns, and then answered with grace and humor. She made sure I understood and was absolutely comfortable with every part of the case.
