This firm has got to be the best firm around, hands down!!! This is the WORST kind of lawyer. His client sued me for a dog bite that didn't even bleed. .Mr Goetz first inquired if I had insurance but my homeowners policy did not cover this. Upon finding this out, Mr. Goetz then invaded my privacy and found out how much my divorce settlement was and encouraged his client to sue me for $150000. Even with 6 written witness statements showing that no such bite occurred, Mr. Goetz continued the suit until I had to settle because my lawyer fees and what it would cost to go to trial would exceed $75000. This is legal extortion at its finest and what is so wrong with our system today. I paid out over 45000 dollars over a year for an incident that barely scratched this woman's finger! Mr Goetz and his client should be ashamed of themselves.
