Had to call three times, wait on hold for over half an hour, and deal with a rude receptionist just to find out they are not accepting new patients. Remove your listing from horizon’s website if you are no longer accepting new patients. Clearly this office is beyond overwhelmed.

Morning everyone I loved the office before but , ever since they changed over to Penn Med. its been terrible its hard to get a person to answer phone , many times I've called and not gotten a response . I had papers sent over from a medical program and they meaning NOVA never received them back . Its sad but one time i even went into the office to get a visit .Sorry to say but , it might be time to look for another MD. how does everyone else feel the girls in the office that had been there were nice.

On Thursday, November 11th, 2021, i decided to switch doctors from my old doctor (stress care) and decided to go to Dr. Goldberg. I have nothing but great things to say about them. Everyone in the staff from the receptionist to the doctors extremely professional, kind and nice. I felt very safe there, as well as being able to open up to the nurse and doctor, regarding the traumatic events that have happened in my life. Dr Goldberg is a one-of-a Kind doctor. If I heard or knew about him, I would have left my previous doctor’s office 5-6 years ago. The service and professionalism between the 2 are night and day. That first night after leaving Dr Goldberg, I was able to finally get a full night of sleep. Something I haven’t had in months. Thank you Dr, Goldberg and I would also like to thank the receptionist Denise, and the nurse who took my information down and entered it Into the computer. I would recommend Taylor Mills Medical to anyone who needs a great doctor.

My wife and I have been patients at Dr. Goldberg’s office for more than 20 years and last Thursday, July 14th, the person responsible for medical refills was the most disrespectful person from that office I ever encountered. The last time I saw the nurse practitioner was back in late December of 2021. At that time she promised to send my medication refills to my pharmacy, which she neglected to do. Now, I am left without much needed medication. I was told that I would need to see the doctor for refills. For the past 15 years, Dr. Goldberg refills my meds on an annual basis. It’s been my experience within the last 7-8 years that Dr. Goldberg has become totally unreachable for a phone consultation. The rude person who answered the phone last Thursday, July 14th said that it is the new rule of the office that I have to see the doctor every 3 months. As I attempted to ask a question she spoke over me interrupting me before I had the chance to ask my next question. Shortly after that she unceremoniously hung up the phone on me. I am leaving Dr. Goldberg because of his unmanaged, and disrespectful office workers.

Dr. Goldberg is not only a fantastic diagnostician but he has always treated my entire family well. He’s been tough and brutally honest which is what you want. Thank you Dr. Goldberg and staff. Nello Caltabiano.
