I retained this firm in an effort to amend my parenting plan. While I acknowledge the holidays had an impact, they cannot account for everything. From the time I retained them, to the time I transferred representation to a different firm, was almost seven weeks. In that time nothing was done on my behalf. I’m currently being charged against my retainer for services apparently rendered 11 days after we terminated our relationship. The billing department has a nice employee, but I have received no timeline on when I may receive my retainer back and keep being charged for services that were either not rendered or I am unaware of. Everyone seemed very nice upfront and once I retained them everything seemed to change. Calls were not returned. Emails were completely disregarded and my attempts to get my retainer back have been unsuccessful. I would not recommend this firm.

This firm is extremely unprofessional and get emotionally and personally involved. - the young employees almost seemed to have a crush on the opposing person. One of the girls also continually Instagram stalked me well after our divorce was final. Opposition called his lawyers “his girls”. And it honestly felt that way. Again emotionally and personally charged. I’d you go with this firm - I would spend some time finding the right person. Ally and Angie were questionable.

Angela, Ali, and Alexia are an amazing team, they surpassed all of my expectations! Their great communication and timely responses made a challenging situation very manageable. They are very knowledgeable and understand the law well, they explained different options and gave direction very clearly to ensure we got to the desired outcome. I highly recommend this awesome team!

Skylar Marshall and the team at Goodspeed & Merrill have done a great job structuring our entities for asset protection. We will continue to work with them on future projects, as they have a wide range of expertise. Would recommend to a friend!

Angie Whitford received documents that were sent to her from the court regarding parenting plans, decision-making and child support orders and sat on them for over two months. She didn't send them and withdraw her representation from the courts for over two months, after we sent an email that we were going to contact the Colorado Bar Association. Absolutely unbelievable!
