The Paralegal, who isn’t even the Attorney, acts like she is an attorney should honestly be re-trained on how to talk to people and how to be humble, this paralegal is very rude on the phone it sounds like I am being yelled at by my mother, and she is very unprofessional. Her name is Christine Faber. She has nasty attitude and she isn’t helpful at all. She needs to retire or work some where else where she shouldn’t be the voice or face of this Law firm because she has no patience or understanding, and she’s just super rude. Maybe for advice she shouldn’t be working where she has to communicate or talk to customers or anyone else because she clearly needs to be re-trained on how to talk to people.
