Attorney Brady's repeated unwillingness to address my concerns, prior to retention, was the deterrent, supported by his reaching out only in response to my calls and forgetting whether he sent me a retainer agreement or not. That lowered my confidence in his ability. He demanded a $5,000 retainer and yet it was less about the money for me and more about his accountability..
Absolute waste of time and money. I spent approximately $10,000 for these “professionals” to miss deadlines and submit minimal paperwork. I gave them all the evidence they needed, put countless hours of aid towards my own case, and was met with distance and no call backs multiple times. My case was passed off three times to different “attorneys” and I was charged each time they had to “review” the case. I tried talking to them about this and was promised a discount towards the end of the case, which I didn’t receive. I would call to speak to my “attorney” multiple times with no call backs and no updated information. I would get charged a ridiculous amount for my “attorney” having to read emails that were never responded to. It was a legitimate waste of two to three years and a large amount of money for nothing. Avoid this law firm and any attorney who has worked with them.
Charge up front $3000.00 if u dont they dont take case.
