For a brief moment, I thought that I was speaking with a representative for the debt collector. But I will say that my initial conversations with the customer service reps were pleasant. UPDATE 1/11/24: I just had a conversation with Frank J. Borgese, Esq. He was very polite and took the time to hear my side of the incident with their other attorney. I do hope that it is addressed because tact and kindness are very important. Frank also took the time to give basic advice regarding my case based on my explanation of where I stand currently. He even took some time to answer some court procedure questions. I learned a lot and feel very grateful for this opportunity to get a professional opinion. Though I am not in a financial position to retain this firm's services, I do value the kindness, tact and professionalism shown today. I walked away this time feeling that the owners really do value the opinions of anyone who comes into contact with their firm, whether or not you become a client. That speaks volumes. Thank you.

If you’re looking for a debt relief attorney look no further. I have unfortunately had quite a bit of experience dealing with attorneys for various things… divorce, taxes etc. Most attorneys are just looking for billable hours as the client is a paycheck, but not Frank. From day one I could tell that Frank actually did what he said he was going to do and definitely put in the effort. I had a complete mess of a situation that was complicating an already hot mess of a situation with a judgement from over 10 years ago that I had no knowledge of. He always took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and never once did I feel uncomfortable with him representing me. He went above and beyond to always respond quickly anytime I had questions or concerns including nights and weekends and worked out the best possible deal on my behalf. I’m beyond grateful for Martin and Frank. Both so kind and so knowledgeable!! A few times during my time spent over the phone. I recall being upset. Martin was so polite and pulled me bk into reality. Life on life terms can hurt sometimes. But, when u have a firm that Truly cares for each individual person. Including their financial situations and takes that into account when trying to find a good solid knowledgeable lawyer. Then u want this firm. I cannot tell you the days I spent on the phone with Lawyers. So many different, Lawyers. Some were kind and some, Not so much. When I first spoke to Martin. He was wonderful! Completely professional, polite, knowledgeable. He Didn’t rush me off the phone or only give me five minutes of his time. He was extremely professional every step of the way. Martin put my stress at ease and reminded me that we’d get thru this..He spent so much time speaking to me and explaining everything about law!
