Gregory Abel and his staff are amazing! Mr. Abel answered all my estate planning questions and concerns. Leaving his office, I felt completely relieved knowing I made the right choice in hiring his office to prepare my estate. His staff is very professional and so easy to work with. They explain everything thoroughly and are always available for questions.

I cannot recommend attorney Greg Abel highly enough! He represented me in both a conservatorship and guardianship case for my adult daughter, who has special needs. The situation was emotionally charged, especially as my ex-wife contested the conservatorship with baseless claims, insisting on being included in the paperwork. Despite these challenges, Mr. Abel handled the case with exceptional professionalism, skill, and tact. He strongly advocated for my position in court, presenting my case effectively and ensuring that my daughter's best interests were always the top priority. Mr. Abel, and his paralegal Shelby, were both incredibly responsive to my concerns, promptly returning phone calls and emails, which gave me peace of mind throughout the process. Not only was the legal representation outstanding, the rates were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and personal attention I received. Mr. Abel truly cares about his clients and takes the time to understand the unique circumstances of each case. I am beyond satisfied with the outcome and the support I received from Mr. Abel. Look no further if you’re looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate attorney. DA Brookings, Oregon

You were in the Judges Chambers before the case was heard. Had a face and an additude that you had already had lost and literally did nothing in the court room than ask if she had ever seen me with a cane. The answer no. I walk with walking sticks! You rested. I was told by you that the Judge thought I had lied. I wasnt asked anything to ly about! I told my story and that was it! Two pic was shown. Two questions were asked. 2 cases were heard at the same time. You could not be that incompetent. Both thrown out. You charged me every penny you could because I was not happy. I guess thats your right. But to take money from an old disabled senior on SSI that gave you their savings account? You must be one of the good ones out there. Thank for everything. Something happened. I paid you to do a job. You were influenced by someone or something wether it be the Judge or the County and did both cases at the same time. You went after me and charged me every penny you could after not doing your job for whatever reason. All I know it was not in my best interest.

In my personal opinion Greg Able is the worst lawyer I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. His staff have lied repeatedly about turning in court documents. They will not return calls then state that it was the office personnel or the phone system for not giving them the messages. He has Cancelled two appointments just an hour before the meeting. They are never "in" when not wanting to deal with you. Will not allow personal advisor and caregiver in meeting with elderly client; and when they do show up giving the choice if she comes to the meeting it is cancelled. Making it so Greg is the only person that can write checks when probate is settled instead of the executer. It has also been 13 months and our case is still pending. When the estate was settled everyone was paid excluding the heirs. Save your self the hassle find another firm.
