Mr. Graves presented a convincing closing statement that should have been televised as he stood up and immediately clarified facts that required a ruling exonerating me of all charges. The judge basically restated Mr. Graves' closing argument in rendering his decision adding that the Commonwealth's Attorney had failed to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
