I worked closely with Peter Ickes at this firm. He often collaborated with Andy Hall as well. Peter was extremely patient with me, as I tried to get a better understanding of the "process," as well as the pertinent "deadlines." Also, Peter was often readily available to answer my non-scheduled phone calls. Peter was highly empathetic too. Shanda (who answered initial phone calls) was wonderful as well. Due to their team's hard work and expertise, we had a very successful outcome. I truly cannot recommend this firm (and these team members) enough. You will be in excellent "hands!"

Our lawyer was Jacqueline Zimmerman. She was very professional and her assistant was there are usually if she wasn't and could answer many of our questions. I think she deals mostly in family law and has maybe moved to her own office now on the west side. We have used her twice now in two different cases and have been very pleased. She is very kind to the children that are involved and made sure that they were involved as much as they could be and were represented by a guardian ad litem, Kari Kruml, in Johnston on Merle Hay road and our granddaughter really like her very well too.
