I recently received a traffic ticket for speeding in Virginia. Prior to my court date I received a letter from Attorney Gregory Waddell offering the availability of his services if I needed an attorney. His letter contained an offer for a free telephone consultation. I called Mr. Waddell and he was in court. His paralegal said she would have him return my call. Within two hours Mr. Waddell returned my call and asked how he could be of assistance. After reviewing my citation, and it's particular circumstances, he did not feel his services and associated fees were necessary since I planned on personally attending my court date. He went on to give me helpful advice on how to plead my case and suggested I take an online defensive driving course prior to the court date as the judges. have a tendency to look favorably on that type of pro active approach. WOW! What a true professional approach from Mr. Waddell. So many attorneys would have pitched their services to collect a fee. Mr. Waddell was more interested in doing the right thing and not taking advantage of a client. I can assure you that if I ever find myself in real need of an attorney I will be seeking out Mr. Waddell. I suggest you do the same. Gil Patrick
He did a really Good job advocating for me. And was on his top game!! He got me found not guilty. And his prices are reasonable. He also keep in contact with me through the whole process. GREAT JOB
After reading through some of his reviews I thought I would put mine in. I received a letter today from Mr Waddell about my traffic violation in Virginia. I have never been in Virginia. I called both numbers listed on the letter, and got no response. This feels completely unethical and like a scam. Plus, it's left me wondering if someone has stolen my identity. Will that be his next scam; helping people recover their identity because someone got a traffic violation under their name in Virginia?? Maybe he's already doing that. ??????? I'd be very leery of hiring him for an attorney. Google should give the opportunity to leave a zero for a review, because that's what this review would get.
Based on the other reviews; this seems very shady. I assume thousands of letters are sent to unsuspecting people like myself. I read his response of how some letters were sent out in err. Should be ashamed that he can affect people's blood pressure before they realize this may be a scam. Thank goodness I never drove through Virginia lately; however I keep thinking the government is coming after me for something.
I wish I could leave a -5! He Didn’t advocate for me in court and didn’t accomplish anything! No lowered fine, charge, or punishment on my first offense I really could’ve represented myself! I paid for a document (that I believed was my driving record) and sent it in a couple months earlier only to receive an email less than a week before court stating that it was the wrong document when they could’ve BEEN sent that. On top of all this it would’ve costed MORE to appeal the case when he didn’t even do his job the first time. Waste of money!!
