They supposedly filed my case two years ago. Every time I’ve tried to contact someone just for an update I get nothing but excuses from the receptionist.No even a courteous call back. I team here I come

I have a case with these guys since 3-4 year ago he(guy) has been handling my case.I have called him repeatedly and has always been giving me the run-around I will have to go to the better business bureau to get the ball going. I need to help with this. Okay have to go to the I team on channel 7!!!!! I may even go to the b Illinois bar and complain. I have to deal with a stroke rehabilitation and the pandemic and I. feel like I am having another one.
