Due to health condition I couldn’t make payments of my debt . I’ve been paying my debt to another javitch law firm since I haven’t been able to pay my debt they sent all my information to another law firm. This morning i called them so i can start making payments online but that guy answered the calls he told me I have to pay full balance and i wanted to pay monthly he said i have to show the proof statements of my income then he will provide me online access. I couldn’t do pay full balance cause I’m working part time. I have a lot of bills to pay. He’s so rude and Unpolite. honestly I don’t know how did he get a job in customer service when you don’t know how to respect and polite to customers. ????
If I could I'd give Gurstel Law Firm zero stars, they pay their employees cheap. Ranging 16-18 dollars an hour, over work their employees and if you can't keep up with the job demands, you might as well look for another job while working there because they'll fire you and say ' you're just not the right fit.' They didn't do much when I was called a racial slur from an old co-worker, upper management sucks and when it comes to training they literally don't do a great job at all, they show you once and throw you into it. It's drama 24/7, others talking about each other and what not. I don't recommend working here at all, they say Gurstel is like ' family' but it's the opposite of that, upper management gossip about you.
How and why would you rate a collection agency 5 stars? I worked with Liz and she was extremely helpful. She was kind and resourceful. People have to understand when you treat people kind you will get it in return. I may be the only person to ever give a debt collector a 5 star but I think Liz earned it! Thanks Again
The only good thing I can say about this business is that they are lucky to have Liz. She made my dealings with them tolerable. She was always there to answer any questions and walked me through every step to get my debt paid.
Long story short! Do not acknowledge this company's existence,they are a group of scammers who aquire people's personal information by whatever means then create debts on things that don't exist. If you wanna know if your debt exists with a company,call it directly!
