I'm glad I was refered to the law office of Mark Bledstein Everything went smoothly, no hassles and he was able to quash my felony warrant in about a week . Best part about it is that I live out of state and I didn't even have to appear. He handled everything. His office was very professional every step of the process. They kept me informed and assisted me with any questions I had in a timely manner. I highly recommend!

Mark is the best attorney I’ve ever had in my lengthy criminal career. He shows up for you and keeps you out of jail period. I would recommend him to anyone. If it wasn’t for him I would be incarcerated right now. Facts

If you are thinking to get his console for any case please do yourself favour and RUN AWAY. He is the most unprofessional and unsuccessful lawyer that you can meet . just go and don't look back in the end you will lose no matter how truthful and innocent your are in what ever your case said you are it's doesn't matter, whit bedstead as your consular you will lose . just go even if you paid him some money or you don't have time yo get another lawyer. belive me just leave. My case was over 20 years ago but I am paying with my life since then . My case it was and spouse to get maximum of 2 years in federal prison but because of his unforgettable errors in my case I got convicted and did more then 6 year's. May God forgive you what you done to me because I never will.

Be aware of the billing practices for Mark. I paid 5K and was told "if we don't have to go to court you will get most of your money back," He told me he was going to give me a discount off his hourly rate as well. In fact, all he did was a couple of emails and phones calls to a detective. He even said they never got back to him. After asking for an accounting and refund repeatedly for 6 months, he finally mailed me a check for $1500. I followed up for detailed accounting and no response. His letter to me says "we had a flat fee retainer" which I figure his paperwork cleverly said despite his words to the contrary. I can't prove words and he likely plans it this way all the time. I guess HE GOT ME lol and he will GET YOU TOO. Get him and probably any lawyers hourly rate in writing and monthly detailed billing. In my opinion, I recommend to NOT use Mark, not only was I robbed by a crook but also my lawyer :(

I read the reviews on Mark when my brother hired him. Let's just say the bad reviews that is said about him is true. Please read and believe the negative reviews. We hired him in April I did all the foot work for him, sent all documents he needed for my son case. My brother describe everything to him about the charges. And it took this dude one month to tell us he couldn't help us. We paid him$3000 dollars for his service. He kept a thousand saying he talked to the original lawyer that was on my son case. Which he lied he didn't do anything to keep a $1000 dollars. He told my brother he didn't have the time for my son case. But told me he looked through the case and talked to the attorney in the case. Which shows he lied about the reason for keeping my money. I am going to looking into suing him for the money he kept. Because he lied and didn't do the work. " DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN", HE IS A RIP OFF AND A JOKE.
