I have been using H&R Block for many years, and I am very pleased with their service. Their user-friendly platform makes tax filing easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend H&R Block for anyone looking for reliable tax preparation.
Prevented from filing a federal return because the Car & Truck "worksheet" which is part of Form 1040 Schedule C has not been correctly updated to be approved by the IRS. This is a software issue and the company will only "perhaps" have it fixed by 2/14. I have filed an "Escalated Case" with Software Support Level 2, but NO ONE HAS CALLED. Why do they sell a product that is incomplete??? I've been their client for a long time... I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THIS! My loyalty means nothing...
Staff is very nice. Questionable business practice with who they're partnered with. You all utilize pathward (previously known as META Bank) to service your clients in regards to refund advances. This bank has the worst reputation for fraud and scams. You'll continuously receive the run-around when trying to resolve a major issue regarding identity theft, scams, etc. I highly recommend you all look into parting ways possibly because if anyone ever inquires about filing with H&R block especially for the advance I will be honest and frank to explain my FISRT and definitely last experience of why I will be avoiding H&R block for future services indefinitely! Due to their partnership with MetaBank/Pathward!!!

Curtis Armstrong sold me services and I prepaid for monthly business bookeeping and tax prep. After scheduling a set up meeting with the bookeeper I was informed that they dont integrate with Quick Books. I keep asking for my refund and cant get it back aroud 1 thousand dollars. The phone numbers attached to the email from Curtis dont even have a voicemail set up. I called the corporate office and they said someone would call me back... its been about a month and I keep trying to get my refund... so bad.
