I would give them zero stars if it was available. They continually had the same errors in multiple draft documents and the final straw is that they will not provide the word documents of our final version. They state they do not provide drafts as they want to review with you which sounds great. However, they do not tell you that you will only get pdf copies and not the word documents of your estate plans. Ultimately they are only wanting recurring business to make the most minor of changes. To get the documents they then want you to sign a release for all of their work, including past work you paid for, and not future changes that are made by someone else. I have worked with a lot of great attorneys but this firm is far below even the worst of attorneys. Stay away unless you want to be over charged and held captive for documents you pay them to draft.

Had prior closing, they were great. Going back next week for another closing. I asked for Rick Agraz when this process began.

We used Brian Douglas for the purchase of our current home over 5 years ago. When applying for a variance to support some modifications we are considering, I stumbled upon an issue that the recorded deed description and the tax assessor's view of the land were inconsistent. I raised the issue with Brian and explained the problem. His team took the initiative and dug into it, which was quite complex and took multiple steps to resolve everything. I received an email (about a week later), with corrected deed information. We are now moving forward with our home modifications. Because of the level of his care, we will be using Brian Douglas for future legal matters.

This office is extremely responsive and professional. I really like how they provide excellent customer service, which makes you feel like a valued client. I had a random issue that I had to work with them to resolve and they attentively worked to get it done. Use them!
