About eight years ago, my husband and I successfully filed an appeal of our real estate property tax assessment. It was a LOT of work, but we won a small reduction in the assessed value. A few years later, we tried again, but were unsuccessful. Last year, when I learned about Hallock Law, LLC, I figured I’d see what they could do. I am so pleased that I took the chance to engage their services. Bryan Hallock personally handled every aspect of our appeal. He was quick to respond almost immediately to all email communications and kept us informed at each step of the process, by email and phone. He was successful at the first stage of the appeal process and we received a 3% reduction on our assessment. I would have been happy with that, however, he said he would also represent us at the in-person appeal as well. He was able to get the County to agree to an additional 3% reduction, for a total of 6%. This reduced assessment is good for the current year, plus two additional years. I was so happy with his representation that I have since recommended Bryan to three of my neighbors. Highly recommended!
