I have had a terrible experience working with this firm and Matthew especially. This should have been a very simple Real Estate Transaction and he made it extremely difficult. I have worked with a plethora of real estate attorneys and have never experienced one like Matthew. He is nearly impossible to get in touch with and very rarely answers the phone. After weeks of working, Matthew killed the deal. I do not recommend working with this firm.

Mark provides legal counsel of the highest quality. Over the years closing real estate deals together I think of him more as a friend than an attorney. I can always trust him to negotiate even complex and difficult clients/deals

So far so good. They represent a coop and they seem pretty on top of their operation. Staff were friendly when I called for confirmation of delivery and the application was promptly processed. To aid their work, remember to follow directions closely and review multiple times!

Was there for a real estate closing. Nice office with helping staff. The checks and wires were a little delayed and my client got a little restless, but all in all a positive experience.

Anna was quite impolite.
