I was referred to Kristen through my school district who has an employee assistance program. I knew I needed the help though that program and didn't have the money to "shop around for an attorney". I was caught very off guard by my need for legal assistance and trusted my districts recommendation. I was disappointed to find out that was not the case. Not only did Kristin never give advice on what to do or how to go about it, she missed a pre trial conference that caused me to lose a job due to another 3 month wait to get into court pending a move with my son not to mention 3 more months of legal fees. People make mistakes but when that is your career, it's a pretty big mistake to make. She often asked me for what I wanted to do rather than guiding me as a lawyer should. I would hate for anyone else to use someone who made me feel left out in the dark 99% of the time.

She didn’t represent me, but a family member. The worst. Not supportive, not informative, not even nice. Doesn’t fight for you or really even feel like she’s working for you or on your side. Worries more about getting a paycheck than taking care of her clients going through horrible times in their lives. Doesn’t answer emails or calls but is the first to write when you owe her a bill. Would never recommend.

Kristin is a dedicated advocate with broad knowledge and a passion for her clients. I have worked with her on several occasions and referred clients her way. I would not hesitate to hire her for myself and I highly recommend her.

Kelly Hansen did an excellent job representing me in my divorce. She provided direct and clear communication with me. I appreciated here calm demeanor and thoughtful advice.
