Unfortunately, I have been the defendent in multiple lawsuits with my family ever since my Dad died in July 2017 and left me in charge. I am almost at the end after 7 1/2 years and Jared Baker has been an exceptional attorney and the perfect person to deal with these messy lawsuits. He is professional in every situation. He has a photographic memory and knew as much about my businesses as I did at our first meeting. I have met and worked with Tim, and Jeff and so many others and they have been excellent in getting me the contracts and advice, usually at the last minute. After 20 years at Beers Mallers, paying them so much to plan this estate and then watching everything my father paid for not have any teeth when the problems started, it has been Burt Blee cleaning up Beers Mallers mistakes and doing it well. This is the best lawfirm in Fort Wayne and there is no competition.

Don't call and ask questions about their high charges on their invoices because they will withdraw their appearance from your case. Basically, just quit on you. Stay away and find an attorney that charges a flat rate.

They give you a quote then it ends up being over double. Then after they lose your case. They offer to write a letter that then cost you another $500 for them to write up and research for them to never even send the letter!!!!!

I reached out to them on Dec 1st. Matthew Senko responded that day and asked when I would be available. I let him know that day or the next. He then didn’t respond o until Dec 5th apologizing for the late response and said he had a health emergency. I understood. It happens. We set up a call for Dec 6th. I talked to him and he seemed to not be into it the whole time. Almost annoyed. He did not seem to understand what I was even saying until I explained it a few more times. I told him the “bench trial” was Dec 14th so we would need to be on it. He said he would need to check for “conflicts” with the person who I was up against for my case. He then reached out the next day saying there were no conflicts and asked if I would want him to represent me. I responded that day (Wednesday Dec 7th) saying yes. I did not receive a response after that. I emailed him back the next day (Thursday Dec 8th) again twice. No response. Then I emailed him again twice the next day (Friday Dec 9th). No response. I called his office then on Monday Dec 12th at 1pm and the receptionists said he was busy and that he would was just about to email me. No email. I emailed him and asked what was going on again with no response. 2 days now before the “bench trial” with nothing when I originally reached out on Dec 1st. I do not recommend Matthew Senko. The rest of the firm may be good, but he clearly doesn’t care about the reputation or service that his company I’m sure takes pride in.

They were perfect for business related law but I made a huge mistake using one of their attorneys for my divorce. I paid a lot of money and my attorney favored my ex spouse more than myself (paying client) I would highly recommend not using them for divorces or any family related matters.
