I was charged an extra $150.00 for a mail away closing, which meant the closing documents were email to me. It wasn’t even printed & mailed to me! I found this out right before closing when I reviewed the HUD statement. Plus, was charged another $50.00 to get a Fed-Ex label. I’ve done many closings through the mail & never had charges like this before. I will say, Heather at the office was nice to deal with.
Paige and Heather are always on top of things. You know it’s done right.
Paige is great. I look forward to working with her again.
