Bo Wagner was one of the best closing attorneys I experienced in 2024! We closed the day after Memorial Day but he spent the holiday preparing our file. He was timely, professional with my Seller and Buyer (double transaction) and was very accommodating throughout the process. He traveled to another location to hold the closing to make sure we did not have to deal with the massive amount of traffic and construction surrounding his office. He had every piece of document, copies and checks! He was so organized we were able to start the closing process early. While waiting on the Seller, he took the time to explain every document and give invaluable advice to my Buyer. She absolutely loved this about him because he showed that he cared. She said he was not like the usual closing attorneys just "pushing paper" rushing the process. He actually took the time to answer ALL of her questions afterwards. I can't wait to use Bo's law firm in my future transactions!
