I've worked with Nathan Seifert Esq on 3 real estate transactions in the last 16 months, they were somewhat complex in nature with unexpected variables that certainly felt like a lot of extra work. Nathan did not accept an offer of additional payment above his stated fee at the onset of representing me. He was equally impressive in keeping his cool and offering sound advice. I would highly recommend working with Nathan and look forward to more business transactions with him and the firm.
Nathan Seifert is actually a real estate attorney and the man is in my LeTip group...the Bergen County chapter. Nathan took $5,000 from my wife and I when we placed our trust in him- and while he tried to placate, he failed to perform the task for which he was retained when it was requested in writing. In fact, Nathan doesn't even know NYC probate law. Does he? A fine example of his lackluster service, his failure to obtain and provide NYSCEF documentation to me, the client... when paid for them. I will add to that, Mr. Berman is a pompous individual. Poor Rating given based on: Unprofessional Unethical Lack of knowledge on NYC Probate and Estate Planning law Dishonesty
Would recommend Naim highly- very responsive, patient with a number of questions and running different scenarios. Clearly very knowledgable, but was never pushy. Appreciated that he was so attune to family dynamics and sensitive to the emotional aspect of decisions.
ABSOLUTE WORSE in the history of legal white wash. If you're looking to get your money misinterpreted, look no further - Naim Bulbulia is your man! He will provide you with a worse contract than Google search. On top of that he will lie and lie and lie to make nonsense into "gray shaded area". My interaction with Hartmann Doherty Rosa Berman & Bulbulia, LLC had cost me $500,000. ONE STAR is 1 STAR TOO MANY.
