I've been getting calls but I can't understand a single word being said. I called and all I get is attitude from someone who doesn't like their job apparently. Chris needs to stop mumbling and the other dude needs an attitude check

Bryan Hartnell is very compassionate and caring. He is also highly qualified and well prepared when and if a case goes to court. He was my lawyer for many years when I became a court appointmented conservator for a family member. I highly recommend him.

Don’t be fooled by this law office. They don’t care whatsoever about your case. I called to find out why I wasn’t included on a call I was supposed to be on and got what sounded like a sweet lady named Ruth, but her attitude quickly escalated into you are not my client and we are not responsible for you being on a call. I couldn’t believe how rude and aggressive she was. Clearly, they don’t have good communication in that office and attitudes are high because the culture is awful. The public defender attorney was also rude to my Mother in court when she requested I be on a call.

We hired him in Nov. 2018 he is the worst communicator never kept us updated regarding the status of our case we constantly had to email, call and were never given any good news or positive feedback. I always felt like we were walking on eggs shells pure dread and than he dumped us on one of his colleagues who wasn't any better they are a bunch of bozos and stooges I would never use him even if it were probono. On a scale he is a ZERO...

He handled my dad's death for me and my sister. He gave good advice and handled something I wouldn't have known what to do and threw the years told me of other attorneys to contact over other issues.
