Avoid this sneaky, lying law office. Rude people. Told the woman I didn't want to be recorded. She goes to,say that if I verify who I am first that she could switch me to,an unrecorded line. I verify who I am, and guess what? She then tells me I'm on a recorded line etc etc. I said you just told me if I verified myself, I would switched to another line that's not recording. So you just lied to me tgen?She then ends the call. Snakes in a grass! Avoid them, if you can!

This law firm (?) is a scam and should be sued for harassing phone calls. When I returned their phone call and stated that I do not permit them to record my voice Melissa hung up on me! When I called back and spoke to the operator I told her that if they filed any type of negative report to the credit bureaus which affects my credit rating which in turn affects the interest rate on my upcoming $279,000 business loan then I will have my attorney sue their firm for whatever the difference in my loan interest rate change amounts to in the 25 years of the loan plus legal fees and whatever else my attorney can suggest!! When I then spoke to Melissa again she immediately told me that their firm called the wrong phone number!! Ha ha!!! Yea, right!!!!! It is too bad there isn’t a (zero) rating!!

Obviously being sued isn't convenient for anyone, but I'm rating based off of their communications and professionalism. Devon handled my initial case and was very informative and accommodating to my situation. I was mostly glad that we were able to work out a payment plan that prevented me from having to deal with this through the court. The following month when it came time to pay, my partner had just started a new job and hadn't gotten paid yet and I am unemployed. I called and the first call oddly disconnected, but when I called a second time I got another representative who was willing to work with me. I did have to make a good faith payment, as I expected, but the rest I was given an extension on. I do wish that it was easier to access any kind of receipts, which is why I am not rating them 5 stars, but so far I haven't had any particularly hostile or unpleasant experiences. My advice: Be honest, be communicative, and make sure you come to the table willing to find solutions.

Awful people. Want to sue you make payments and then they never respond. I’ve called 12 times sent over 5 emails not one response. Looking into suing them now for not responding

Wish I could give them zero stars. Entered a payment plan and they decided to send me a lawsuit… very unprofessional
