I spoke with Justin about an issue that I was having and although he couldn't help me he was professional, understanding, empathetic, informed and just an all around great guy. We have been working with Heideman and Associates for 90 days now and have been completely impressed both in the professionalism and knowledge they possess. What can I say, I'm so gratefull for Justin! He helped my husband and I with a lawsuit. I have never needed to hire a lawyer before, and through the grace of God I found Justin. This was a very long drawn out case and emotionally exhausting. Justin is the teammate that helped hold my head up high, when I wanted to give up all hope. Look no further! Knowledgeable. Creative. Aggressive. In reviewing a lot of attorneys to work on a 20+ year old case for me I decided upon working with Heideman & Associates. Pairing up and working with both Justin Heideman and Justin Elswick has been such a relief. They are both willing to talk face-to-face or over the phone whenever there were questions or to obtain a status update on the case.  It was great to review my case with them and to listen to both Justin’s brainstorm on various approaches to finally resolve this difficult case. They quickly dug into the case and came up with several approaches. In working with the other party, Justin and Justin knew which approach would be best and were aggressive to quickly push for a resolution which was just incredible. So, the price is about average for what I wanted. I talked to about 3 other law firms before this one. I chose them because they had a positive attitude about my case and willing to work on a pricing structure that worked! The process was pretty smooth and the people I worked with were great!
