Definitely use them when you want to deny an injured worker proper treatment and hold their pay. They even have connections with doctors who will lie for them. It won’t hold up in court of course, because the truth prevails, but they’ll log countless hours and make you pay them and when the injured worker’s attorney wins you’ll pay them too, so why not just do the right thing from start? Save some money and be a good human. Win/win
