Mr. DeLaGarza took a $8,000 retainer from me. Did an hour’s with of work and when he was released as our attorney, due to his performance during an initial hearing, he only returned $750. He took advantage of a situation where I were in panic mode and made things worse. He does not have an impressive courtroom presence either. Huge disappointment.
