Worked with the Rochester office in regards to unauthorized third party sellers on eBay and Amazon. Based on my 11 years of selling on Amazon and several years of experience trying to protect my products/IP on Amazon I did not feel that this office had a reasonable understanding of the needs of an Amazon Seller/Brand Owner in this regard. Would not recommend them for online marketplace IP issues.
