I recently became a board member for my community, and our association hired Jon Katz from this firm in January of this year. Thanks to the excellent services so far, I am confident that this was a good decision. There are a lot of issues within these associations, and as such, it is imperative to have an attorney that provides the correct (and best to their knowledge) legal advice. Prior to this firm, under the leadership of the last firm (over 15 years), amongst some of the major issues, we discovered the elections were being improperly held, and the ADR processes and procedures were not properly adhered to. While I hope no other communities experience such issues, from what Ive discovered, they are extremely common across these types of communities. Legal services in any scenario are never cheap, but with Jon, I genuinely feel we are in good hands and we are getting what we are paying for, and most importantly, the level of service we had hoped for and expected from an attorney :)

My brain connected with Stephen Eisdorpher, Esq. before we had the chance to meet and share a few words. His participation in our first group meeting for the Mahwah Housing Plan lawsuit on October 10th, 2013, was timely, intelligent, and focused on the matter at hand. I felt an instant trust and rapport when I listened to him. In the end, it was his kindness and patience that guided me to know we hired the right attorney representatives.
