I was very disappointed with the customer service. The receptionist was really nice and I felt welcomed. However, the customer service from the attorney we met with was not welcoming. I did not feel comfortable, the whole time I was there I believe it was about 3 times he/she mentioned that we had to pay her $$$ per hour which was the hourly pay. I think I understand the first time some one tells me. But I found it disturbing that it was repeated over and over; at least twice. It makes it seem like that is what is most important. In addition, the way I was being talked to was rude. All in all, I think that the way you talk to someone is very important, and sadly I did not like the way I was talked to.

I had an excellent experience with Hocker & Associates and attorney, Rachel East. Rachel went above and beyond to help me and my family with estate documents. I referred other friends to Hocker who had similar experiences. I will definitely return to them for future services.

Horrible experience family law attorney experience! Biggest mistake! Don't hire. Hocker Associates attorney, Kassandra Green, presented herself as a family law attorney, when she was in fact a real estate attorney. Her incompetence in family law lead to mistakes filing and allowed for a change of judge, which lead to me losing custody and contact with my teenage son, in New Castle, small town in Indiana, within 4 months of hiring her. My son was alienated against me. Kassandra, agreed to things with the New Castle locally biased judge & opposing counsel, without me being involved in the hearing even though I made clear I wanted to participate in the hearing, lacking due process. My request was denied for a custody evaluation by an expert child psychologist who had previously been involved in our case, by the new small town judge. Kassandra lied about her conservations with the judge and opposing counsel. I was unable to appeal, in time. Kassandra said she was upset with the judge, but her firm Hocker, was recommended & advertising within weeks, as a family law firm in New Castle, shortly after my failed hearing and loss of contact with my alienated son.

She was very rude, and dry during a phone call to inquire her service. I would recommend an attorney who actually listens. That’s a huge part of your job, the first impression is a lasting one. As a multi-business owner as well as a professional, I highly recommend you seeking legal services elsewhere.
