I have dealt with Heath for over ten years on various matters. He was the general counsel of a client of mine and I had frequent dealings with him related to the client's legal business. I found that he was always well prepared for any meeting that we had and was able to identify and make well reasoned decisions on the items that needed attention. Now that he is in private practice, I have been on the opposite side of cases from him and have found him to be exactly the same lawyer.
