Was referred to them by another attorney due to the other attorney being too far away. My case was RIGHT in line with the type of cases that Anne Schiavone takes which happened to be an abuse case on multiple levels. I explained my case both in a submission online and in voicemail that there was a lot to my case and would like to speak to someone especially since they offer free consults. I had to call multiple times over a 3 week span leaving voicemails, even though their online submission said they’d get back to me within 24-48 hours and that didn’t happen- cue the calling. I tried to give a summary of my case but again explained there is a lot and that I have evidence for everything. Not only police reports, witness testimony, but also receipts for all the monetary things I wanted to sue for, text proof of everything etc. They called and left a voicemail stating they won’t take my case. No explanation, nothing. No referral. I called back and left a voicemail asking for a reasoning and when they called back and I answered they immediately hung up. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone. Also for an attorney who’s name is in their office name and an attorney who claims to help victims it only seems like you are helping victims feel even more helpless against their abusers. It’s disgusting.

Had a great case and great documentation and such to back my claims and they refused to take my case. Was referred to them by another attorney stating they would be the ones to help and such. Was kind of a waste of time if I don’t know exactly why they won’t take my case or even discuss it with me to give me simple feedback and opinion. I was mainly just looking for legal advice and they couldn’t even do that. Wouldn’t recommend them.
